Energizer is bringing out a smartphone with a battery that lasts up to 50 days on a single charge.

Energizer has confirmed they will be manufacturing a smartphone with the longest lasting battery ever to be fitted to a mobile device. The Energizer phone will be called the Power Max P18K Pop (interesting choice of name).

The Energizer Power Max P18K Pop will feature a mammoth 18,000 mAh Li-Polymer battery. It will run on Android and feature a 4x 2.1 GHz ARM Cortex-A73 processor, 6 GB 933 MHz of RAM, 128 GB of storage, triple rear camera at 4000 x 3000 pixels and a stunning 6.2 inch display.

Energizer has taken a rather different approach to what they think the important aspects of a smartphone are. Other manufacturers are after the sleekest, most slimline smartphones in terms of aesthetics, but not Energizer. The Power Max P18K Pop is 18mm thick to accommodate that huge internal battery – in comparison, the Energizer smartphone is well over double the thickness of an iPhone 12.

So, if you value battery life over anything else, the Energizer Power Max P18K Pop will definitely be an option to consider.
