Apple is officially done including chargers with their products.

Apple won't be shipping their tech products with chargers anymore, regardless if its an iPhone, iPad or even the Apple watch.

There are many reasons as to why tech companies are going this route, the main one being saving costs as well as not including chargers is far more environmentally friendly and proves to be beneficial to Apple's goal of becoming 100% carbon neutral by 2030.

The first Apple product to be shipped without a charger cable or adaptor will be the new Apple Watch range, but the other products will follow soon thereafter.

All this has raised quite a few eyebrows of the consumer, but statistics show that 70% of consumers still use their old chargers which are still in perfect working condition, and the new chargers are left in its packaging in the box!

But if you are in need of a new charger cable or adaptor, don't worry, you'll find them at every Apple store...for an additional cost obviously.
