INSIDE APPLES NEW HQ - A $5 BILLION INVESTMENT
Take a look inside Apples New HQ In California which cost the company over $5 Billion.
Apples new HQ is based in California and at first glance looks like something out of science fiction and has been nicknamed the spaceship.
Apples new HQ project, or formally named Apple Park, began back in 2006 and 8 years of planning, the project officially started construction in 2017.
The massive Apple Park project also features state of the art environmentally friendly technologies such as a solar farm rooftop, innovative cooling and heating technology as well as planting over 9000 drought resistant trees across the Apple grounds.
The Apple Park campus also features an underground road network to cater for mass parking and ease of access to employees.
The entire project was estimated to cost $500,000,000, but as time went by that figure increased significantly to $5 Billion which at that price most organisations can simply not afford to go ahead with it unless you're Apple which is valued at around $2 Trillion as of 2020.
The Apple Park also has catering facilities that can feed up to 3000 people lunch on a daily bases, it also has Yoga facilities and is home to the Steve Jobs amphitheatre which is now considered iconic to the brand.
