More than 70 new characters – including emoji for bald people, redheads, and those who have gone grey – were created on previously approved characters in Unicode 11.0. All these emoji characters are coming to iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac which will bring more expression to your messages.

New animals will be added and joining this growing list will be, kangaroos, parrots, and lobsters along with a handful of food options like a head of lettuce, a mango, a cupcake and a mooncake. "Many additional characters across sports, symbols, and more will launch later this year, including a new superhero emoji, a softball, Nazar amulet, and an infinity symbol," Apple wrote in its blog post. The company is also adding fresh smiley faces including "cold face, party face, pleading face, and a face with hearts."

Apple hasn’t said exactly when these latest emoji will be available to users, only specifying that they’ll arrive as part of "an update to iOS 12" sometime after its release in the fall.
