NINTENDO'S SWITCH ONLINE SERVICE WILL ONLY COST $20 PER YEAR!!

This is probably the best news for all the Nintendo Switch owner. Nintendo confirmed a number of details about their online service for the new console.

Being online is essentially one of the most important components to gaming these days. The Switch service will grant subscribers access to classic games as well as unlock the option to play with friends online. The second half of the feature will come via a compatible mobile app, rather than being integrated into the Switch itself.

The Nintendo Switch Online service will start at $199.99 per year when it launches in 2018. There will also be a $3.99 per month and a $7.99 per month options for those who are reluctant to commit for a whole year!

Nintendo is making the service cheaper than the equivalents of Xbox and Playstation, although Nintendo has traditionally offered up online services fees. Ahead of the full launch, Nintendo will make a limited version available for free; which includes the mobile app that is scheduled to release later this year.

It is worth noting that Nintendo made a welcomed change to its package; subscribers will have ongoing access to a library of classic games with added online play. Users will be able to play as many games as they want, as often as they like as long as they have an active subscription.

This is such a bonus. Now you get to relive your 'old school Mario' games. Be sure to check it out early 2018!
