SAMSUNG GALAXY Z FOLD 3 WILL HAVE WATER RESISTANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME

Samsung shook the smartphone world up a little with the introduction of foldable smartphones a few years back. That was with the release of the Galaxy Z Flip and Z Fold. Soon thereafter, the Galaxy Z Flip 2 5G and Galaxy Z Fold 5G were released, featuring a more durable and seamless display that covered a higher percentage of the bezelled edges, 5G connectivity, higher performance, more functionality and of course a significantly higher price tag as well.

Over the past few months, tech reviewers have been poking a stick at Samsung to spill the beans on some news and updates regarding the next generation of the Galaxy Z series, and they got what they wanted.

Although it's just rumoured at this stage, Samsung is set to release the new Galaxy Z Fold 3 with water resistance. Which is rather mind-blowing considering that we have no idea of how they are going to secure that massive hinge to prevent water damage, let alone dust getting in there!
