VIDEO: A HYDROPANEL THAT MAKES DRINKING WATER FROM SUNLIGHT AND AIR

SOURCE is a solar powered and self-contained device capable of harvesting up to 10 litres of clean drinking water per day from the air. By harvesting water vapour in the air and condensing it into liquid, atmospheric water generators can essentially pull water from the sky, and these devices hold a lot of promise for providing an independent source of drinking water.

Even though water pollution can vary depending on the weather in your location, SOURCE technology is optimized for a wide range of conditions and can even produce water in low to medium sun and humidity. SOURCE is focusing on making water for people in some of the most arid deserts in the world.

The SOURCE hydro panels capture water vapour out of the air with the power of the sun to create pure water. It is stored in an onboard reservoir, where minerals are added, such as calcium and magnesium, to make the water healthy and delicious. The water is then delivered straight to your tap or refrigerator, ready to drink.

This is a potential game changer. Have a look at the video see what SOURCE is up to.
