VIDEO: TYPEWRITERS GETS RECYCLED INTO TYPEWRITER GUNS!

Éric Nado has decided to disassembled antique and vintage typewriters and has transformed them into machine guns. The Quebec artist, who has named this particular series 'Metra Lettres', elicits a reflection on the strength of words that surpasses that of weapons and their impact over time. 

The non-functioning typewriter guns reflect the intricate nature of both machines creating a sculptural and compelling series. The artistic concepts encourage the viewer to reflect on the impacts that words – whether it is the meaning of it – and the power it carries as a destructive force.
