WhatsApp adds a pretty cool new feature with its new update in the hope to get people to stay with the Facebook-owned messaging app.
WhatsApp is trying to convince users to stay on their messaging platform, and have introduced a brand new feature in their app that is actually pretty cool!
WhatsApp group chats are something that is accessed by the majority of users worldwide. However, the biggest irritation when using them is the number of messages and notifications you get daily. What most users find themselves doing is simply muting the group chats so they don't get bombarded with hundreds of notifications on their smartphone constantly.
However, the problem is that your group chats will always be at the top of your WhatsApp chats regardless, as they are usually the latest activity.
WhatsApp has now introduced a "Read Later" section in their interface which allows users to categorise their chats without getting numerous notifications. This leaves your priority chats at the top, regardless of whether they are the latest notifications or not.
