ADOBE DOCUMENT CLOUD TURNS PDFS INTO EDITABLE TEXT AND LETS YOU SIGN IT!

Adobe is making major changes to Adobe Document Cloud, it is set to aim at productivity levels on mobile devices, and the update should offer some pretty helpful new features.

The biggest change to Adobe Document Cloud is the addition of Adobe Scan, which lets a user turn their phone into a scanner. Simply aim your smartphone's camera toward the document, take a photo, and the app will automatically crop the photo, fix the perspectives and turn the image into a PDF!

The app can capture the scanned text that can be selected, copied and edited before being converted into a PDF. It is a useful app and comes in handy when you have loads of loose papers laying around that you wish were in an editable digital form.

Besides scanning the documents in Adobe Cloud Document, you will be able to sign all your documents digitally through the Adobe Sign tool. So if your computer is touch-enabled it is easy to access and sign a document digitally. If your computer is not touch-enabled you can have the service send a text to your mobile device and simply sign with your finger.

The Adobe Scan and Adobe Sign is available to download on iOS and Android.
