CANON RF5.2MM F2.8 L DUAL FISHEYE VR LENS

Canon has just released a brand new type of lens to their lineup with the all-new Canon RF5.2mm F2.8 L Dual Fisheye that is designed to allow content creators, photographers and videographers an entirely new take on virtual reality possibilities.

The new Canon RF5.2mm is a fixed focal length prime lens that has the capability to shoot a 180-degree field of view that projects two images side by side on a single full-frame sensor which is specifically used for virtual reality processing and usage, this is made possible thanks to the dual lenses that make up this unique product.

The RF5.2mm F2.8 can shoot up to 8K DCI (Digital Camera Initiative) 30p or 4K DCI 60p.

The post-production process is now seamless and very straightforward as Canon has released a plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro CC at the launch of the Canon RF5.2mm F2.8 L Dual Fisheye VR Lens.
