HOW CASSETTE ADAPTERS WORK
People have been after stereo accessories for their cars for decades as it's quite frankly the only source of entertainment you have while being stuck in traffic on the freeway by yourself for hours at a time, so why not listen to your favourite tunes?
Well, it is all too easy these days to climb into pretty much any modern car make or model and simply connect your phone to the car's Bluetooth and then you're done! But say if you're driving a car from the mid to late 1990s and the only input the car has is a cassette player, well, what then?
Arguably, the most simple, cheap and effective solution to this would be to make use of a cassette adaptor which was basically a cassette with a 3.5mm auxiliary cable attached to it that you'd then pop into your tape player and then you can link up your phone to.
However, nobody has 3.5mm headphone jacks now, so what is the solution if you still drive an old car? Do you have to replace the entire front loader? Not necessarily, a brand new cassette adaptor has now been launched that parts with the cable and replaces it with a wireless Bluetooth port!
