HOW TO SHOOT A PROFESSIONAL PRODUCT VIDEO WITH AN IPHONE
Mobile phone cameras have always been significantly lower in quality in comparison to other types of consumer cameras and that, for the most part, is still true today, however, Apple has once again bumped up their quality on their latest two iPhone models with the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 Pro Max models.
The quality is so good, in fact, that a professional video can actually be shot with the new iPhone Pro Max. iPhone sensors are still super small which creates a few challenges to overcome such as low light performance. The iPhone uses clever in-camera software to process out noise in lower light situations, but in a product shoot, you are in control of the light anyway which is highly beneficial.
Another advantage is that there are so many accessories available for the iPhone to allow you to get some really neat dynamic shots which include sliding shots, reveal shots, push-in shots and even pans.
