IS THE WORLD IS RUNNING OUT OF HELIUM

Helium has plaid a vital role in the cutting edge of science and technology and has proven to be useful in the cooling of machinery such as in the MRI. But of late, many reports that the world is running out of Helium has grabbed many peoples attention and what does this mean for us?

Well, it is a known fact that the world is indeed running low on Helium supply from deep within the ground, and the fact that helium is able to escape the atmosphere of the earth doesn't help either. But according to researchers, we still have 80 - 100 years of Helium supply left from the known sources. So as time goes on, this will mean that the price of Helium will go up and up until potentially opening up another extractor and storage plant becomes a viable and profitable option, so it's not exactly the end of the world after all.
