NASA SPACE CAMP INSPIRES KIDS WITH SCIENCE

Aspiring young scientists interested in becoming the next generation of astronauts have the opportunity to join NASA at Space Camp.

NASA Space Camp is based in Huntsville, Alabama, and its sole purpose is to deliver exciting educational and exclusive experiences to kids aspiring to become the next generation of space engineers, rocket scientists and astronauts.

The NASA Space Camp program caters for school kids, with activities suited to those from as young as 4th graders right through to high school. Kids can take part in scientific educational activities such as physics, mathematics, robotics and programming, amateur rocket building, spacecraft simulation and intricate teamwork practices. They also attend talks and shared experiences with real-life astronauts, NASA mission control engineers and much more, under the guidance of the worlds top scientists and mentors.

Scientists and astronauts today realise the importance of inspiring and educating the future generation of space-travellers and engineers. What's more, they understand the need to get the public to encourage space exploration and government funding for such programs, as this will further push the human race forward to improve technologies that we can all benefit from here on Earth.
