The original Motorola RAZR was launched way back in 2004 and was arguably the coolest folding phone of all time. However, in 2020, Samsung and Motorola hopped on folding phones yet again, however, this time classified in the smartphone segment with foldable screen technology.
Both phones can be compared with one another in a lot of ways, both feature 5G connectivity, similar display sizes and physical phone sizes as well as when folded.
However, when it comes to screen resolution, battery power, CPU and GPU performance and operating system, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G takes the win when compared to the Motorola.
It seems as if Motorola wanted to make the RAZR a comeback but unfortunately, it seemed as if the entire project was based off of nostalgia and not specification which seems as if it was a missed opportunity.
