SMALLEST XBOX EVER MIGHT GET DEVELOPED

Microsoft sees value in developing the smallest Xbox ever.

Xbox has just released the smallest Xbox consoles ever with the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S, which will compete against Sony's rather slim Playstation 5. But plans are in the works for Microsoft to develop an even smaller Xbox, much smaller!

Microsoft is investing hugely into their xCloud gaming streaming service, which allows users to gain access to a variety of online games through a subscription service, much like how Netflix works.

During an interview with the Verge, Head of gaming for Microsoft and Xbox, Phil Spenser, hinted that "gaming dongles could be part of the roadmap for Xbox Game Pass subscribers". However, this differs to Xbox Live. xCloud will focus on "smaller" games that are not as CPU hungry.

The solution would be to create a USB device that connects to your TV and wirelessly to your Xbox controller, to allow a user to stream games seamlessly.
