SMELL-O-VISION IS HERE TO STAY

The concept of Smell-O-Vision has been around for a while, but now it seems to have been perfected to a point where it's actually functional.

With VR gaming on the rise, and likely to eventually dominate any other gaming media type in terms of realism, it has always been missing one thing... a sense of smell!

Well, that is all about to change with Smell-O-Vision Cilia!

The Cilia is essentially a holder for a variety of different vials filled with various sents. At the back of each vial, there is a fan which blows a specific sent in your direction which has been preprogrammed for certain types of games. For example, in a game, if you move towards a waterfall, you'll be able to smell the water and the closer you go, the more intense the scent becomes.

There is already a large number of scents available such as race fuel, oak moss, leather, gun powder, barnwood, cappuccino, grass, lumberjack, riding lawnmower, timber and many many more!

And, who knows, this might be a standard gaming feature or accessory in the future!
