Mobile phones have come a long way since they were invented in the early 1970s before being popularised in the early 90s. Back then, there were many different manufacturers, and each with their own interpretation of what mobile phones needed to be. The technology was growing at an exponential rate as well, so it was guaranteed that a few phone models were complete failures!

Some of you might remember that getting a new upgrade was an extremely exciting experience. You'd usually go to the mobile phone service provider's shop, and either take a look at some of the phones on display or flip through their pamphlet to see the latest and greatest offers on mobile phones. But, the truth was that you weren't entirely sure of what you were going to get as there were so many options and features available! You would want to make sure you are going to invest in one that won't let you down, however, some did exactly that...
