THERE IS AN APP THAT WILL LET YOU TYPE LIKE THIS...

There must be some time in your life where you have come across that weird text that people type – with capital letters and small letters all mixed up – and that stupid SpongeBob meme.

Well someone decided to make a texting app and "tHiS aPp lEtS yOu tYpE liKe tHiS". Basically, it is an app that will get all your friends to hate you for only $0.99. The app in question lets iOS users easily type in nearly any text field using the alternating case format, made popular by the "Mocking SpongeBob" meme that made its way around the internet a few months ago.

sPoNGeCaSe is available to download now from the App Store for $0.99, although other free alternatives like this web app and the tried-and-true "just don't be lazy and type it out yourself" method also exist, via The AV Club.

The app probably would have been way more popular back in 2017, when the meme first appeared online. But hey, even though it's been a while, the text remains as annoying as ever.
