There are some rare people in the world who can fall asleep just about anywhere, anytime - at the table, in a conversation, standing up - you name it!
But for the rest of us, sleep requires a comfortable environment, 100 tosses and turns and basically a sacrifice to the Gods.
Perhaps one of the hardest (and yet most important) places to sleep is while travelling on a plane. A long-distance flight is exhausting, and sometimes that sleeping pill you took with your whisky just doesn't seem to get the job done.
In this video, Dr Alan Hedge, a professor of ergonomics at Cornell University, tells us the best and worse ways to sleep on a plane.
