In the future, which is now, you will be able to exchange your wallet for a simple ring that you wear and it carries all your necessary information. Token is a hardware company that just introduced its first product the Token ring; an identity ring designed to store your credentials and secure our privacy with a fingerprint sensor. 

The Token ring as a built-in fingerprint scanner, designed to ensure you are the only one who can get it to work. Once you scan your finger, the ring will light up and you can start wearing it. If the light turns red, the ring will not work. 

The Token ring is waterproof up to 50 meters, so you do not need to take it off when you shower or go for a swim. The battery of the ring will last for two weeks and charges on a wireless charging base. 

The Token ring is capable of storing your credit card information and works a lot like Apple Pay or Android Pay. Once you add your Visa or MasterCard details to the ring, you are able to tap it over the credit card scanner at stores to complete your purchase. The Token ring starts at $249 and is available for presale, the first Token rings will start shipping in December.
