VIDEO: THIS BIKE FOLDS DOWN TO THE SIZE OF AN UMBRELLA

Sadabike is a hubless bike that can fold up to the size of an umbrella with only one movement, making it perfect for commuters who need to make lots of short trips. This hubless bike features a frame that folds away for maximum portability, and it can even be packed in a regular-sized backpack.

The design focuses on the bike's space-saving advantages, unlike most bikes, which usually get their strength from the tension in the spokes. The strength of the Sada Bicycle is put into the rim, and the Sadabike has spoke-less wheels. The objective of Sada Bike is to have a cycle with standard dimensions – wheels 26“ – and have a small package during transportation.

The starting point of this research is the study of art that starts with an overview of the urban individual mobility to reach, then, the folding bicycle.

It has been adopted a system of anchoring of wheels composed of small wheels held by a small frame and a specific quick clamping device. They allow you to fold the bike quickly and easily, using its special package like a trendy backpack.
