The AYA NEO startup handheld gaming console has raised millions of dollars, and is scheduled for public release soon.
Since the Sony PSP, we haven't really seen any convincingly good handheld gaming devices, until Nintendo gave it a shot with the Switch.
However, the Switch wasn't designed for the hardcore and more serious gamers who have moved beyond Super Mario. Thanks to that, it left a gap in the handheld gaming device market.
The Aya Neo is a startup project that is close to the end of its production already, after raising over $1,300,000 USD.
The Aya Neo, in it's current form, features a stunning 7-inch 1280 x 800 IPS display, a 10-25W AMD Ryzen 4500 CPU, 16 GB of LPDDR4x RAM, 3 USB Type-C ports for external devices, and over six hours of gaming battery life. Plus, there are a few options when it comes to internal storage as well.
As for the games, the Aya Neo will support all AAA Plus titled games, such as Cyberpunk 2077, Watch Dogs: Legion, Death Stranding, Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Destiny 2, Horizon Zero Dawn, etc. with good frame rates.
