VIDEO: HERE ARE 26 FACTS ABOUT LEGO BRICKS YOU PROBABLY DID NOT KNOW...
The guys over at Mental Floss recently published a video about 26 facts around LEGO bricks. LEGO is 82 years old and was found in 1932 in Denmark. It went from a small carpenter's workshop to the world's third largest manufacturer of toys.
The name 'LEGO' was created by using the first two letters of the Danish word "Leg" and "Godt" meaning "play well". Lego challenges your brain and you can combine six of the eight-studded LEGO bricks in 915,103,765 ways. The little LEGO figures are called minifigures and a whole nation of minifigures would hold the record of the world's largest population (if they were humans, of course).
LEGO bricks are for anyone that wants to play well or collect and build a classic, Star Wars or Minecraft LEGO sets, and did you know that you can become a certified Lego-builder?
