YOUTUBE DIAMOND PLAY BUTTON REVIEW

Take a look at an actual YouTube Diamond Play Button.

YouTube has grown into a massive and world-leading social platform and streaming service since it was first launched back in 2005. Over the years, creators have taken full advantage of YouTube as a free hosting service for video that attracts a massive audience.

YouTube promotes large channels on their service as they are an attractive statistic for advertisers on their platform. Aside from creators having the ability to generate revenue from monetising their channel, youtube also gives them somewhat of a YouTube trophy based on the number of subscribers a particular channel has. The trophies are called YouTube Play Buttons, and they are usually framed and have the channels name engraved as well as the number of subscribers the channel has.

There are four YouTube Play Buttons currently, and any YouTube channel will receive one if their channel receives a certain number of subscribers. The YouTube Play Buttons are in this order:

Silver YouTube Play Button: 100,000 subscribers.

Gold YouTube Play Button: 1,000,000 subscribers.

Diamond YouTube Play Button: 10,000,000 subscribers.

Ruby YouTube Play Button: 50,000,000 subscribers.

And each one of these YouTube Play Buttons is an incredible achievement in their own right!
